Bacon Apple Butter Dip

People love when I make this dip and it’s just 4 ingredients! It’s the perfect combination of sweet and savory this fall! I like to serve it with pretzels and crackers, but it also goes great with raw veggies.

10 min

INGREDIENTS

•12 oz (1.5 bricks) cream cheese, softened at room temperature

• 3 Strips thick cut applewood smoked bacon

• 3 scallions

• 1/3 c + 1tbsp apple butter

Place bacon in a cold pan and bring to medium high temperature. Cook until crispy. Set aside on a paper towel-lined plate. Slice the bottom third off (white part and light green part) off scallions and set aside. Beat apple butter and cream cheese together in a bowl until well combined. Break bacon into bits. Fold in half the bacon and the scallions. Place mixture in serving bowl. Add a dollop of apple butter. Slice the green part of the scallions and sprinkle on top with remaining bacon. Serve!
